RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS will only be given if your order has not been started, otherwise IF a refund is deemed appropriate there will be a restocking fee of 20% will be applied before refunding.

 

ANY complaints or issues with your order MUST BE brought to our attention via email (sales@frankleighdtfs.com) within 48 HRS of your order being delivered. The prints MUST BE returned (customer pays shipping) and then a refund will be processed OR replacements sent depending on the situation.
