Shipping/Tracking

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless stated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Our preferred carrier is USPS and will be shipped in a clear cellophane bag inside a rigid mailer covered with a polymailer. Each order receives a tracking number once shipped, this will be emailed to the address that placed the order. To help direct your emailed order updates and any communication from us, please add sales@frankleighdtfs.com to your contacts. You will also be able to check on your order status by logging in to your account, we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
